Vidyarthi Yojana: Govt to give Rs 10,000 to students under Vidyarthi Pratibha Yojana

To promote education, the government is giving an amount ranging from Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 to the students studying in classes 9th to 12th.

The government has run many schemes to promote education. Along with this, projects have also been started by the state government.

In this sequence, the government of Delhi has also created a scheme to encourage students.

This scheme is Vidyarthi Pratibha Scheme.

The Delhi Government provides financial help to the students under this scheme, especially those whose financial condition is not good.

This scheme benefits students studying in grades 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th.

Let us know who and how much will get benefit under this scheme.

Under this scheme, benefits are given to eligible students. If the student is studying in 9th or 10th and has 50 per cent marks in the previous class, then he will be given financial assistance of Rs.5000.

If students studying in classes 11th and 12th had 60 marks in their previous course, then they will get financial assistance of Rs 10,000.

This benefit will be given only to the native students of Delhi.

Apart from this, the benefits of this scheme will be given to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, and Minorities.

At the same time, the general category will not benefit from this scheme.

Talking about the documents under this scheme, the students of Delhi should have a residence certificate, caste certificate, Aadhaar card, bank passbook details, passport photo and mobile number.
