Tata Motors to Raise Commercial Vehicle Prices by 2%

Tata Motors plans to make their commercial vehicles more expensive starting April 1, 2024.

This decision comes as a way to deal with higher costs for materials they’ve faced in the past.

Recently, Tata Motors got permission from their board to split into two parts. One part will focus on making cars for passengers and electric vehicles, including Jaguar Land Rover.

The other part will concentrate on commercial vehicles and their investments.

The prices of commercial vehicles will go up. Tata Motors said the prices will rise by 2%.

They mentioned in a statement that the increase might differ depending on the type of vehicle. This change will affect all the commercial vehicles they offer.

Tata Motors is dividing into two parts. They recently announced that their board approved this split to make things work better together.

After the split, one part will handle cars for passengers, electric vehicles, and Jaguar Land Rover. The other part will take care of commercial vehicles and related investments.

It’s worth noting that the commercial vehicle part of Tata Motors is a major player in India’s commercial vehicle industry.
