State Bank starts Special Campaign 3.0 for its Customers (See Benefits)

SBI Special Campaign: The State Bank of India (SBI), which is one of the country’s top government banks, is running a special program for its customers.

This program helps you complete some of your pending tasks quickly.

It’s called Special Campaign 3.0 and is available from 2nd October to 31st October.

The bank’s goal is to put customers first and provide fast and effective solutions to their concerns.

They value feedback from customers to address complaints and enhance their services.

There are systems in place to collect customer complaints and feedback.

What services will be provided?

Through SBI’s Special Campaign 3.0, you can complete various tasks, such as…

1. Nomination Registration

You can register someone to receive your savings if something happens to you.

If you haven’t done this yet, now is the time. You can do it online or by going to the bank.

You can register through internet banking, the YONO App, or by visiting the bank branch in person.

2. Locker Agreement

If you have a bank locker, you’ll need to sign a new agreement. The Central Reserve Bank (RBI) has given banks a deadline of 31st December to update the locker agreements with their customers.

Make sure to sign and submit the updated agreement by this date if you have a bank locker.

3. Dormant Account

If you haven’t used your account for 2 years, it might become dormant. With a dormant account, there are limitations.

You can’t withdraw cash, get a checkbook, change your address, or use internet/mobile banking.

However, you can reactivate your account through online and offline methods.

You can do this through internet banking, the customer care number, or by visiting a branch.

4. Pension facilities

If you have any issues with your pension account, you can also visit the bank during this time.
