Paytm launches New Soundbox in India with NFC Reader Support

Paytm has launched new Soundbox in India. It can take payments from credit and debit cards by just tapping them.

They also made a new version of the UPI Soundbox that can last up to 10 days on one charge.

Paytm’s founder, Vijay Shekhar Sharma, posted on a social media site about two new sound boxes.

These boxes can be used to make payments with UPI and credit cards. Both of these devices are made entirely in India.

Paytm launches new soundbox

The new sound box is made at the company’s Noida factory. Shekhar Sharma mentioned that the factory can make 10 thousand sound boxes daily.

He also mentioned in his post that these new sound boxes have improved sound quality and longer battery life. They are designed specifically for Indian conditions.

This new sound box can last for 10 days without needing to charge. It also works on fast 4G internet.

These boxes in the market are like Google SoundPod and PhonePe’s Sound Box.

After Paytm Payments Bank was banned, Google introduced its SoundPod for UPI payments in India.

These boxes are designed to work like Paytm and have a QR code on top. Users can scan the QR code to easily make UPI payments.

New soundbox will also work as POS machine

The new Paytm Soundbox has a special reader called NFC. It can take payments from credit cards, debit cards, or Android phones with NFC.

The great thing about this new Paytm Soundbox is that once it’s set up, sellers won’t need a separate POS machine. The Soundbox can do the same work as a POS machine.
