More than one electric scooter is coming on the market. Electric mobility company Bighaus, in association with partner Ewings Automobile Pvt Ltd,
announced the launch of its third EV scooter, BG D15i, and D15 Pro, in Delhi. Its ex-showroom price is Rs 99,999 and Rs 1,14,999, respectively.
BG D15 is a premium electric scooter designed to prioritize safety. It has 20 safety features.
Bigos has created a scooter that will entice customers with its modern design and useful features like a smart battery and motor controller.
These have been designed and developed at the Chakan plant in Pune.
The BG D15 comes with a fully waterproof, IP67-rated electric motor and battery, which helps it to withstand heat and dust.
With the help of the latest intelligent connectivity feature, users can connect to their electric scooter through a smartphone.
Hi-Tech Features: BG D15 has a removable battery, in-built navigation, digital speedometer, Bluetooth connectivity, keyless start,
USB port for mobile charging, and call and notification alerts. The scooter can be connected through the mobile app.
With this new product, Bighaus Higher Range will foray into the larger market in terms of Design, Safety, and Security.
The BG D15 is powered by a 3.2 kWh Lithium Ion battery and can reach 60 kmph in just 7 seconds in sports mode.
The BG D15 has two ride modes, Eco and Sport. The battery can be fully charged in 5 hours and 30 minutes. The ARAI-certified range of the D15 is 115 kms.
The company said that on this occasion, more than 100 customers did a test ride of this indigenous scooter manufactured by Bighaus.
