Xiaomi Ends Support for Redmi Note 10 Pro Series

Bad news for Xiaomi users! Two powerful smartphones, Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, are no longer getting updates. This means they won’t receive any new features or fixes.

The Redmi Note 10 Pro series won’t even get security patches. These phones won’t upgrade to HyperOS either.

These phones came out in 2021 and are now about three years old. Users hoped for updates, especially as they haven’t received any for a while.

It’s disappointing for them that these phones are now on the end-of-life list.

Users of the Redmi Note 10 Pro series have faced problems since the phones launched. Xiaomi acknowledged issues like the proximity sensor problem and camera glitches.

They offered free fixes for affected devices. Last year, Xiaomi even extended warranties for some devices, including these phones.

But with these ongoing problems and no updates for almost three years, users are understandably unhappy.
