Before, WhatsApp only allowed 7 people in a group call, which they later increased to 15, and now it’s up to 31. Currently, this feature is available for iOS users.

WhatsApp shared this news last year. They said that, in the future, up to 32 people will be able to talk together in group calls.

This new feature will make it easier to have meetings with lots of people at the same time, similar to using Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.

iOS version will get this feature

WhatsApp has introduced this feature for iPhones. With this feature, iOS users can now make group calls with 31 people.

If you want to use this feature, we’ll explain how to do it. As for the Android version, WhatsApp hasn’t given any information about when it will be available.

Here’s how you can use this feature to add 31 people to a group call:

1. Open the group chat where you want to start the call.

2. Tap on the video call or voice call button at the top of the screen.

3. Confirm that you want to make a group call.

4. If there are 32 or fewer users in your group, the call will start with all of them.

5. If there are more than 32 people in the group, you’ll need to choose the 31 users you want to talk to.

6. After selecting the participants, you can start the call by tapping on the video call or voice call button.
