Toyota, a company that sells many good cars like hatchbacks, MPVs, and SUVs in India, has announced it will raise the prices of its vehicles starting from April 1.
They’re doing this because the costs of making the cars have gone up.
How much will the prices go up?
Toyota hasn’t said exactly how much the prices will go up. They mentioned that they’ll raise salaries by up to one percent at the beginning of the new financial year, but they haven’t specified which car models will see price increases.
How many cars does Toyota offer?
Toyota has 11 different vehicles for sale in India. They have hatchbacks like Glanza, a luxury sedan called Camry, and several options in the MPV segment like Rumion, Innova Crysta, and Innova Hycross.
They also offer the Vellfire in the luxury MPV category. Besides these, they have SUVs like Urban Cruiser Highrider, Fortuner, Legender, and Land Cruiser 300.
