Tata is a leading player in the electric car market, with the popular Tata Nexon EV.
In 2024, Tata Motors is set to launch three new electric cars for different types of customers – Tata Punch EV, Tata Curve EV, and Tata Harrier EV.
Tata Punch EV
Tata’s upcoming Punch EV will be launched on January 17. It will compete with Citroen eC3. This is Tata’s first electric car based on the Acti.ev platform.
The Punch EV might have two battery options: 25kWh and 35kWh. It’s claimed that the Punch EV can travel up to 400km on a full charge.
Bookings started on January 5 with an initial payment of Rs 21,000. Tata Punch will have four variants: Smart, Adventure, Empowered, and Empowered+.
Tata Curve EV
Tata is introducing the much-anticipated Tata Curve EV in the mid-size SUV segment. This is Tata’s first car with a coupe design.
Reports suggest that the Curve EV can provide a range of 500 kilometers on a full charge.
It will compete with Hyundai Creta EV and Honda Elevate EV in the market.
Tata Harrier EV
Tata Motors is gearing up to launch the highly anticipated Tata Harrier EV. This car will offer a dual motor setup with all-wheel drive (AWD).
It provides a range of 500 kilometers on a full charge. Additionally, customers will enjoy a large 12.3-inch touchscreen display and advanced ADAS technology in the Tata Harrier EV.
