Tata Motors Introduces Altroz iCNG Model with Exciting Features

Tata Motors, a leading automobile manufacturer, has launched the highly anticipated CNG version of the Altroz hatchback.

The new Altroz iCNG model boasts an array of impressive features and comes in multiple trims, with the top-end variant priced at approximately Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom).

This latest addition expands Tata’s CNG lineup, joining the ranks of the Tiago and Tigor CNG models. Notably, the Altroz iCNG offers a range of four captivating colors, including Opera Blue and Downtown Red.

Among its many highlights are premium features like a voice-assisted electric sunroof, wireless charger, and air purifier.

Tata Motors presents the Altroz iCNG in six variants: XE, XM+, XM+(S), XZ, XZ+(S), and XZ+O(S), with prices commencing at Rs 7.55 lakh and going up to Rs 10.55 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Altroz iCNG is available in Opera Blue, Downtown Red, Arcade Grey, and Avenue White color options. Additionally, customers can enjoy a standard warranty of three years or 1,00,000 kilometers.

Under the hood, the Altroz iCNG is powered by a 1.2-liter Revotron engine, delivering 73.5 PS of power at 6000 rpm and 103 Nm of torque at 3500 rpm.

Tata has ingeniously incorporated a twin CNG cylinder system in this model to maximize boot space, with the cylinders placed underneath the luggage area.

Notably, the Altroz iCNG is the first vehicle equipped with an advanced single ECU, allowing the car to start directly in CNG mode.

When it comes to features, the Altroz iCNG leaves no stone unturned. The CNG hatchback boasts projector headlamps and LED DRLs, along with an eight-speaker system tuned by Harman.

The touchscreen infotainment system supports both Android Auto and Apple Carplay, offering seamless connectivity. Comfort is paramount, with premium leather seats, rear AC vents, and a fully automatic climate control system.

Furthermore, the driver’s seat height is adjustable, ensuring personalized comfort for every driver.

The Tata Altroz iCNG exhibits a sleek appearance with diamond-cut alloy wheels. Built on the ALFA (Agile, Light, Flexible, and Advanced) architecture platform, it has achieved an impressive five-star rating in the Global NCAP crash test.

Safety is further enhanced with the inclusion of a micro-switch that ensures the car remains off during refueling, prioritizing the car’s overall safety.
