Lots of companies in the stock market have made big money for people who invest in them.
Today, we’re talking about one company whose shareholders are getting Rs 240 for each share they own. It’s called Oracle Financial Services.
Yesterday, many companies said they’ll give out big payouts to shareholders. Oracle says the money will be in shareholders’ accounts by May 7.
Back in 2014, Oracle gave out Rs 485 to its shareholders
Only people who own shares before May 7 will get the money. But if you don’t have any yet, you can still buy some.
Oracle has a history of giving out big payouts. In fact, they’ve been doing it for 10 years straight.
In 2014, shareholders got Rs 485, in 2015 Rs 180, in 2016 Rs 100, and so on. Now, in 2024, they’re giving Rs 240 per share.
What about the company’s profits?
They just released their profits for the last quarter. They went up from Rs 479.3 crore to Rs 560 crore.
Their total income also went up from Rs 1,470.5 crore to Rs 1,642.4 crore.
Today, the company’s shares went up by 1.71 percent. They’re currently trading at 7,485.00.
In the last 6 months, the shares have given investors a return of 89.04 percent. Back in October 2023, they were at Rs 3959, so they’ve gone up by Rs 3,525.45 since then.
