ICICI Bank never asks you to call or download things from strange messages.
They have some tips for you
1) Keep your phone updated with the latest software and security.
2) Only download apps from Google Play Store or Apple Play Store.
3) Use trusted antivirus software and update it regularly.
4) Check before you give permission to any app.
5) Don’t click on strange links in messages or emails.
6) Only download apps from trusted sources.
7) Don’t share your OTP, password, PIN, or card number with anyone.
8) If something seems wrong, report it to the National Cyber Crime Portal right away.
