Delivery of High-Performance M 1000 RR Motorcycles Starts in India

Good news for people who love bikes! BMW India is now delivering its most expensive motorcycle, the M 1000 RR, in India.

The regular model costs Rs 49 lakh, and the competition version is priced at Rs 55 lakh (excluding showroom charges).

This BMW bike is a supersport model based on the previous S 1000 RR but comes with a sleeker design and improved body.

The motorcycle features a powerful 999cc engine. It runs on a 999cc inline, 4-cylinder engine that produces 211bhp power and 113Nm torque.

The bike is linked to a 6-speed gearbox, and it comes with a bi-directional quickshifter.

Additionally, it includes various electronic rider supports such as ABS technology, traction control, slide control, 7 ride modes, launch control, wheel control, steering stabilizer, cruise control, drop sensor, and hill start.

As for the hardware, the BMW M 1000 RR is equipped with USD front forks and a monoshock with rebound, compression, and preload adjustability.

The braking system consists of dual 320mm discs and a single 220mm rear unit with dual-channel ABS technology.

In India, its only competitor is the V4 R (Ducati Panigale V4 R), priced at Rs 69,99,000 (excluding showroom charges).

The top speed of the BMW M 1000 RR is 306 kmph, and it can go from 0 to 100 kmph in about 3.1 seconds. Exciting, isn’t it?
