Bank Holidays: Banks will be closed for 14 Days in January 2023 (See Dates)

New Delhi: The year 2022 is about to end. The new year, i.e., 2023 (New Year 2023), will start next week.

In the first month of the new year, if you have any work related to the bank, then settle it immediately.

Banks will remain closed for 14 days in January. In such a situation, before going to the bank, you must get the information.

If you do not do this, your work related to the bank may get stuck. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the list of bank holidays for the new year.

These are weekly holidays in January

The first holiday of the new year falls on January 1, 2023, i.e., Sunday.

Apart from this, January 8, January 15, January 22, and January 29 are also Sundays, due to which all the country’s banks will remain closed.

On the other hand, the second Saturday falls on January 14, and the fourth Saturday is on January 28.

Banks will only open on a few festivals, including January 26, Republic Day.

Work can be done through mobile and net banking

You can handle most banking tasks with Internet Banking and Mobile Banking. You can do many banking tasks even when the bank branch is closed.

Online banking for customers will continue as before. Along with this, ATM service will also be operational.
