Ashirwad Scheme: THIS Govt Provides Financial Aid for Daughters’ Marriages

The government has a plan called Ashirwad to help poor families with marriage expenses. It began in 1997, called Shagun Yojana at first, then changed to Ashirwad Yojana.

Back then, families got Rs 5100. Over the years, the amount increased to Rs 51,000 in 2021. This money helps with the daughter’s wedding expenses.
