Ather Energy now has a new service called ExpressCare for its customers. It’s a fast service where customers can have their e-scooter serviced in just 60 minutes. Let’s find out all the details about this service.
20 Expresscare service centers started
The company assures that the service quality will not be compromised.
Ather has begun working with 20 ExpressCare service centers in its top 11 cities. This number will grow to 50 outlets by March 2024.
Service will be done in 60 minutes
Ather mentions that the new ExpressCare program focuses on saving customers time for a fast and easy service.
It includes two skilled technicians working on a scooter together to finish the whole service in 60 minutes.
More than 2 thousand customers took advantage
Expresscare workshops will have a strong system to schedule appointments, preventing delays for customers.
You can also book service bays ahead of time for extra convenience.
The ExpressCare service costs between Rs 125 to Rs 150, and the company shares that more than 2,000 customers have already used this service in the last two months.
Talking about this initiative after the sale, Ravneet Singh Phokela, the company’s Chief Business Officer, said-
We always thought about the whole system when making electric vehicles, and giving a smooth service is a part of that.
To make the service even better, we are starting something called ExpressCare, which will make sure you get help quickly.
We will also bring in more services in the next few months to make things easy for customers.
