Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) India introduced the 2024 model of Land Rover Discovery Sport in India.
This 7-seater SUV is priced starting at Rs 67.90 lakh (excluding showroom costs).
Some changes have been made to how it looks, and we’ll talk about them more.
The big difference is the new shiny black front grille, along with updated LED lights and 19-inch alloy wheels.
The new model, called Dynamic SE, gives you two engine options, an 11.4-inch touchscreen, and a 3D view camera.
2024 Discovery Sport Features
Talking about the inside of the new Land Rover Discovery Sport, it has features like connecting to your phone, Alexa voice help, a new 11.4-inch screen for entertainment, a fully digital display for information, a new gear selector, controlling the temperature for the back seats, and a 3D camera to see all around.
It also has special features like ClearSight Ground View and a Rear View Mirror.
Besides, the newest car has things like comfortable leather seats inside, a way to charge without wires, and 2 USB-C chargers.
2024 Discovery Sport Engine options
The new Discovery Sport has two kinds of engines. The first one is a 2.0-liter petrol engine that can make a maximum power of 245bhp and a peak torque of 365Nm.
The second one is a 2.0-liter diesel engine that can produce a maximum power of 201bhp and a peak torque of 430Nm.
Both engines use an automatic gearbox for changing gears, and this SUV also has an All Wheel Drive (AWD) system.
Cars to compete with 2024 Discovery Sport
This big car is available in the nice car group, and it costs less than other fancy cars.
It’s in competition with luxury cars such as BMW X3, Audi Q5, Volvo XC60, and Mercedes-Benz GLC.
