Xiaomi MIJIA Air Conditioner Cool Edition has been launched in China. The air conditioner has a 1hp capacity, which makes it suitable for rooms up to 13 square meters.
The company claims that it supports 30 seconds fast cooling feature, so it works to cool the room quickly.
It has also claimed to get high-quality compressors. The air conditioner can work even in an outdoor environment of 55ºC.
Xiaomi has launched the MIJIA Air Conditioner Cool Edition in China, priced at 1,999 yuan (around Rs 24,000).
However, Xiaomi is offering a discount of 300 yuan (roughly Rs. 3,600) on it, after which its effective price in the country becomes 1,699 yuan (roughly Rs. 20,000).
The company says the new AC is available for booking through Xiaomi Mall. At present, it is yet to be known whether Xiaomi will introduce this AC in other markets, including India or not.
Talking about the features, the Xiaomi MIJIA Air Conditioner Cool Edition comes with a high-quality compressor and large-diameter wind wheel. The company claims that it works with less noise.
The air conditioner produces faster and more air and, as the company claims, can operate comfortably even in an outdoor environment of 55ºC.
It uses a five-level energy efficiency design with a SEER value of 3.89, which means the air conditioner can save 30kWh of electricity per year.
The air conditioner can connect with the smart home ecosystem. It also supports voice control Xiaoai to control the linkage of various gadgets on the Xiaomi intelligent home ecosystem.
