WhatsApp introduced a new thing called Channels last year, and it’s like a better tool for sharing messages. Since it started, they added more helpful tools to make Channels even better. Mark Zuckerberg, the boss of Meta, told us about this.
Some new things are coming to WhatsApp Channels, like voice notes, easy admin options, status sharing, and polls. These changes will make it easier for people to use WhatsApp Channels in a better way.
Voice Updates: People wanted to send voice messages on Channels for a long time. Now, administrators can send voice notes. WhatsApp says that 7 billion voice notes are sent every day.
Polls: Polls were there for regular chats on WhatsApp, and now they’re coming to Channels too. This means followers can vote on different topics related to the channel.
Share to Status: Followers will soon be able to share their favorite channel’s status on their own status.
Multiple Admins: With this new thing, many people can be made administrators for the same WhatsApp Channel. This is helpful for managing a big channel more easily, and it’s said that up to 16 administrators can be assigned to one channel.
