Vodafone Idea offers a Rs 299 prepaid plan with added data benefits. Users get 1.5GB of data daily, along with unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS per day.
Additionally, this plan includes an extra 5GB of data. It’s part of the Vi Hero Unlimited, which offers unlimited data during nighttime, data rollover for the weekend, and other data delights.
The plan’s validity is 28 days and provides access to Vi Movies and TV Classic through the Vi app on Android and iOS.
It’s essential to note that the extra 5GB data is only available during the first 3 days after recharge.
Addressing the Lack of 5G
Airtel and Reliance Jio offer 5G services with unlimited data to both prepaid and postpaid customers.
Vodafone Idea, however, does not have 5G services in India. To compensate for this, the company has updated the Rs 299 plan to provide additional benefits. The full advantages of this update are yet to be seen.”
