In celebration of the 78th Independence Day, Vodafone Idea has introduced a special offer for prepaid customers.
From August 13 to August 28, the telecom company is providing extra data and OTT benefits with select prepaid plans.

Free Data and Plan Benefits
Vodafone Idea’s Independence Day offer applies to prepaid plans priced at ₹1,749, ₹3,499, ₹3,624, and ₹3,799.
The offer is valid until August 28, 2024.
Customers recharging with these plans will receive additional mobile data as follows:
- 6-Month Plan: 30GB extra data valid for 45 days
- Annual Plan: 50GB extra data valid for 90 days
This additional data is provided on top of the daily data quota included in the plan.
OTT Subscriptions and Discounts
With the annual plan, customers also get a 1-year subscription to popular OTT platforms like Disney+ Hotstar
and Amazon Prime Video at no extra charge.
Additionally, Vodafone Idea is offering discounts for recharges made through the Vi app:
- ₹50 discount on ₹3,499 recharge
- ₹75 discount on ₹3,699 recharge
- ₹100 discount on ₹3,799 recharge
