Anticipation is building for the upcoming Vivo V29 series smartphones, set to debut on October 4th.
While not officially confirmed, a teaser on Flipkart hints at this launch date, stating, “Coming Soon”
and “Stay tuned, we’ll see you on October 4th.” The series is expected to be an upgrade from the Vivo V29e.
Vivo V29 and V29 Pro: What to Expect
The Vivo V29 is anticipated to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+ support. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC processor.
Both models, V29 and V29 Pro, are expected to come with 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage, running on Android 13-based software.
The standard V29 is rumored to include a 4,600 mAh battery with 80W fast charging, while the Pro version might offer a larger 5,000 mAh battery with 100W fast charging.
Impressive Camera Capabilities
The Vivo V29 Pro is reported to boast a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with various shooting modes, including night portrait.
Meanwhile, the Vivo V29 will feature a 50MP ISOCELL GN5 sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor.
Both phones are likely to incorporate a 2MP depth sensor. Additionally, a 50MP front camera is expected for stunning selfies.
Pricing Details
As for the pricing, both the Vivo V29 and V29 Pro are projected to fall within the Rs 40,000 price range.
