The high-tech Vande Bharat Express will soon be seen running on the Nagpur-Hyderabad rail route, thanks to the efforts made by ministers and MPs of the ruling party.
The Railway Minister has given a positive response to their request, indicating that Vande Bharat Express will soon commence operations between Nagpur and Hyderabad.
Covering a Distance of 518 KM
Currently, it takes approximately 10 to 11 hours to travel the 518 km distance between Nagpur and Hyderabad. However, with the introduction of Vande Bharat Express, passengers can expect to save around five hours on their journey.
Trains on the Nagpur-Hyderabad rail route, which connects the states of Maharashtra and Telangana, are often fully booked.
Therefore, there has been a strong demand from thousands of passengers for the introduction of a convenient train like Vande Bharat on this route.
Stoppages along the Route
State Forest Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar and Wardha MP Ramdas Tadas have engaged with Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav to discuss this matter.
Currently, the train is scheduled to make stops at Ballarshah, Shirpur, Ramagundam, and Kazipeth stations on its route from Nagpur to Hyderabad.
There are also discussions about adding a stoppage at Sevagram for the Vande Bharat train, although railway officials in Nagpur claim to have no information regarding this development.
With the extension of its route to Hyderabad, Vande Bharat Express will provide a faster and more comfortable travel option for passengers commuting between Nagpur and Hyderabad, offering convenience and reducing travel time significantly.
