Upcoming IPOs: Senco Gold and Alphalogic Industries to Debut on Dalal Street Next Week

Senco Gold IPO:Senco Gold, a jewelry company based in Kolkata, will launch its IPO on July 4.

The company aims to raise around Rs 405 crore, with Rs 270 crore through the issuance of new shares and the remaining Rs 135 crore through the sale of shares by investor SAIF Partners India IV.

The IPO will close on July 6, and the price band is set at Rs 301-317 per share.

Half of the IPO is reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 15% for non-institutional investors, and the remaining 35% for retail investors.

The funds raised will be used for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.

Suvankar Sen and his family members, along with two trusts, are the promoters of the company.

As of March 2023, Senco Gold has 136 showrooms in 96 cities and towns across 13 states in India.

Alphalogic Industries IPO:

Alphalogic Industries, a subsidiary of Alphalogic Techsys, a software development company listed on BSE, will launch its IPO on July 3.

The IPO will close on July 6, with a fixed price of Rs 96 per share.

The company plans to raise Rs 12.88 crore through the sale of 13.41 lakh shares, exclusively as a fresh issue.

Alphalogic Industries specializes in manufacturing industrial and institutional storage systems and is headquartered in Pune.

The funds raised will be utilized for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.

Opportunity to Bid in Other IPOs:

PKH Ventures’ IPO will be open for bidding until July 4, with a price band of Rs 140-148 per share. The IPO aims to raise approximately Rs 379 crore.

Global Pet Industries’ IPO, offering more than Rs 13 crore, will close on July 3. The issue opened on June 28.

Synoptics Technologies and Tridhya Tech IPOs, opened on June 30, will close together on July 5.

Synoptics Technologies aims to raise Rs 54 crore, while Tridhya Tech targets Rs 26.4 crore.

Investors have the opportunity to participate in these upcoming IPOs and should carefully consider the details provided before making any investment decisions.
