Scheme Benefits
Couples who enter into inter-caste marriages in Uttar Pradesh can receive financial aid of Rs 50,000 through this scheme.
Additionally, there is provision for an additional Rs 2.5 lakh from the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Fund, ensuring that newlyweds do not encounter financial challenges.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the scheme, both individuals need to provide proof of income, possess Aadhar and PAN cards, furnish marriage and residence certificates, have a bank account, reside in Uttar Pradesh,
and be in their first marriage. The groom must be at least 21 years old, while the bride should be at least 18 years old.
Application Process
To access these benefits, applicants can download the Uttar Pradesh Intercaste Marriage Promotion Scheme PDF form from the official UP government website.
After completing the registration form and attaching the necessary documents and certificates, submit the application to the Social Welfare Department.
Upon verification, you will receive an acknowledgment receipt and, subsequently, the financial assistance under the scheme.
