UAE Entry: You can’t Enter UAE if your Passport is missing THIS

UAE Visa Rule:

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has changed its visa rules. After implementing this rule, you may be allowed to come to the country if your name is not written on the visa according to the new regulations.

Per the new guidelines, a traveller must ensure that his first name and surname are mentioned in the passport.

Only passengers with first names and surnames on their passports will be allowed to enter UAE.

This rule applies only to those coming to the UAE on tourist and on-arrival visas.

what a change

According to the new UAE visa rules, visas will not be issued to travellers with the same name on their passports, and they will not be allowed to move out of the country.

If a visa has already been issued, a traveller with the same name on the passport will be declared an inadmissible traveller by the Immigration Office.

However, this rule does not apply to people holding working visas.

How will the visa become invalid?

For example, if the first name of a passenger is Anupam and he has written this name in the first name section.

However, he has left the Surname section blank. Then his visa will not be valid.

Or they have filled in the Surname section and left the Name section blank.

In that case, also his passport will not be considered accurate.

The UAE has also implemented new visa rules, which expand the number of people holding the Golden Visa.

Also, introduce new types of entry visas and residence permits.

What is a golden visa

Golden Visa holders get Long Term Renewable Resident for up to 10 years.

Investors, entrepreneurs or doctors, scientists and excellent students are included in the golden visa.

It has been introduced to attract and retain the population in the country.

Golden Visas started being approved in late 2020. The Golden Visa will now be legal regardless of the time people spend outside the UAE.
