Twitter Changes: Twitter look to change; long form tweet to start

Elon Musk is about to make another significant change in his new company Twitter. They are about to change the user interface or UI of Twitter.

It is said that users will get a better app experience. Twitter users will see many changes in the next few days.

The company will allow users to swipe between recommended and followed tweets.

Users can switch to recommended and follow tweets with a simple left or fitting swipe gesture. This design will be released at the end of this week.

New feature announced

However, it still needs to be determined whether this feature will be released for targeted users or if all users can use it simultaneously.

Apart from this, Musk has also announced the long-form tweet. Regarding this, Musk has said that it will be released at the beginning of February.

This will change

Right now, Twitter allows users to see tweets in two different forms. If a user clicks on the star button in the top right of the Twitter homepage, the platform shows the option for you and the latest.

The for you option shows users recommended tweets, while the latest shows new tweets from your followed accounts.

According to Musk’s tweet, the company is not removing these options but improving the interface for the user.

With this, users can see follow accounts or recommended tweets with a simple gesture. That is, they have to use only swipe gestures.

Besides the UI change, Musk has announced that the company will also improve the bookmark feature.

As the name suggests, users can save a tweet with this. Later the tweet can be seen using it. Currently, to access this feature, the user must click on a tweet’s share button.
