The Toyota Hyryder CNG will be launched in India in the coming weeks. Toyota launched the Hyder SUV in India a few months ago.
Till now this car was available only with a petrol engine. According to reports, the company is preparing to launch the Toyota Hyryder CNG version in India in December 2022.
The Hyryder CNG will be the first SUV from Toyota to get a CNG fuel option.
The company has started accepting bookings for the car. Its deliveries are expected to begin soon after the launch.
The Hyryder S and G variants will be offered with a factory CNG kit. The CNG variant will be equipped with a Manual Transmission (MT) powertrain in both grades.
The car comes with a 1.5-liter K-series engine. It can get all the features and mileage of 26.1 KM/KG.
Design of Toyota Hyrider CNG
The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyrider comes with double-layer LED DRLs. A piano-finish grille and a chrome strip surround it.
The car gets an extended bumper, sporty air dam, and stunning full-LED headlamps.
The rear of the SUV features C-shaped LED taillights, which are joined by a chrome strip.
The Toyota logo is placed at the center of the stripe. 17-inch alloy wheels have been given in the car.
Features of Toyota Hyrider CNG
Talking about the features, the Toyota Hyryder SUV gets ventilated seats, an electric sunroof, a touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto,
a head-up display, automatic climate control, a 360-degree camera, and many intelligent car features.
Toyota Hyrider CNG Price
Toyota Hyrider’s price in India starts from Rs.10.48 Lakh (Ex-showroom).
The CNG variant of the car will cost Rs 30,000 – 40,000 more than the petrol variant.
Soon after the Toyota Hyryder CNG launch, its sibling, the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, is also expected to get a CNG variant.
