Toyota Kirloskar Motor has raised the prices of some of its cars by a little bit, between 0.5 percent and 2.5 percent, starting from January 1, 2024.
They did this for certain models and versions. Toyota Kirloskar Motor mentioned in a statement that they had to do this to cover some of the increasing costs.
They tried to make sure that the impact on customers is as small as possible, and they controlled the overall price increase.
Other car companies, like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai Motor India, Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Honda, Volkswagen, Skoda Auto, Audi, Audi, and BMW, also increased their prices in the new year.
These companies explained that they had to do this because the costs of materials and accessories are going up.
