The Swasthik Plascon IPO had a really good start in the stock market. It got listed on BSE SME at Rs 120.10, showing a rise of 39.65 percent.
Later, the share price went up to Rs 126.10, but it went down after some time. At 11 am, the shares were trading at around Rs 121. The IPO’s price range was Rs 80 to Rs 86 per share.
If we talk about the lot size (number of shares in one trading unit) for Swasthik Plascon IPO, it was 1600 shares.
So, a small investor had to invest at least Rs 1,37,600 to participate. Investors could place bets on only one lot at most. The IPO raised Rs 11.60 crore from anchor investors.
The IPO was open for investors from November 24 to November 29, 2023, and its total size was Rs 40.76 crore.
Swasthik Plascon issued 47.39 lakh new shares through the IPO. Before the IPO, the company’s promoters owned 60 percent of the shares. After the IPO, their ownership decreased to 43.81 percent.
