Simple Energy has made some changes to its product lineup. They recently introduced the Dot One, which adds the One electric scooter to their collection.
The starting price for this scooter is now Rs 1,58,000. Previously, customers had the option to purchase it for Rs 1,45,000 with a standard charger or Rs 1,58,000 with a 750W charger.
However, now it’s only available with the 750W charger, making it Rs 13,000 more expensive.
The Simple One runs on a 5kWh battery and has an 8.5kW motor, providing a range of 212 km and a top speed of 105 km/h.
Simple Energy has included features like full LED lights, a TFT touchscreen display, riding mode, smartphone connectivity, document storage, navigation, and over-the-air updates.
Additionally, the scooter comes with speakers for playing music and producing a simulated exhaust note.
The hardware of the Simple One includes a telescopic front fork, a 200mm front disc, a 190mm rear disc, and a vertical monoshock.
These components are mounted on alloy wheels with road-oriented tires. The scooter also offers 30-litre underseat storage.
The Simple One is available in six paint options: Brazen Black, Namma Red, Azure Blue, Grace White, Brazen X, and Light X.
It competes with other electric scooters like the Ola S1 Pro, Ather 450X Gen 3, and Bajaj Chetak Premium.
