Sanstar Limited is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO), presenting investors with an opportunity to invest in the market.

Sanstar Limited has fixed the face value of its shares at Rs 2 per equity share, with an IPO price band set between Rs 90-95.
The IPO, including a fresh issue of 41.80 million equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 11.90 million equity shares, aims to raise Rs 510 crore.
The subscription period runs from July 19, 2024, to July 23, 2024.

Listing and Offer Details
Sanstar Limited’s equity shares will be listed on both BSE and NSE.
The IPO is managed by Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited, with Link Intime India Private Limited serving as the registrar.
The IPO follows a book building process, allocating up to 50% to Qualified Institutional Buyers,
15% to Non-Institutional Buyers, and at least 35% to Retail Individual Bidders.
