Poco launched the budget-friendly Poco C51 smartphone in April with a price tag of Rs 6,499.
This device boasts a 120Hz display, a fingerprint scanner, and is powered by the MediaTek Helio G36 SoC. Now, Poco has introduced a new Airtel-exclusive version of the Poco C51.
Price and Availability of Poco C51 Airtel-Locked Version
As part of this offer, customers can purchase the Poco C51 at a discounted price starting from Rs 5,999, which includes exclusive Airtel benefits.
These benefits encompass a 7.5 percent discount (up to Rs. 750) and 50GB of free data. The data will be provided in the form of five coupons, each offering 10GB.
Customers can utilize one coupon per month, with each coupon valid for 30 days.
It is important to note that the Airtel-locked variant of the Poco C51 will be restricted to Airtel for a duration of 18 months.
To unlock the phone, users need to insert an Airtel SIM card and perform an Airtel True Unlimited recharge of at least Rs 199 within 24 hours of setting up the phone.
Once this condition is fulfilled, users can use a non-Airtel SIM card in the other SIM card slot.
The Airtel-locked variant of the Poco C51 will be available for purchase from July 18 on the e-commerce platform Flipkart.
Specifications of Poco C51
In terms of specifications, the Poco C51 features a 6.52-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 120Hz touch sampling rate.
It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G36 SoC, coupled with 4GB of RAM, expandable up to 3GB. The phone runs on Android 13 GO Edition and will receive security updates for two years.
The rear of the smartphone houses an 8-megapixel camera, while a 5-megapixel front camera is available for selfies and video calls.
The device is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. Other features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, FM radio, and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
