PFRDA Strengthens Security Measures for National Pension System

The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) made NPS more secure. They issued a circular on February 20 about it.

They said it’s for the safety of users. Now, you need two things to log in to the CRA system. It’s a web tool for NPS. This change starts from April 1.

From April 1, you must use Aadhaar for logging in

PFRDA takes care of NPS rules. They want users to use Aadhaar for logging in.

This will connect to their user ID. Currently, government offices use passwords to log in.

This makes CRA safer

PFRDA thinks two-factor login makes it safer. It’s good for government offices too. CRA will tell them how to use it. This change won’t cause any trouble.
