OPPO launches Digital Self-Help Service for Smartphone Users in India

Oppo has introduced a new digital service called the Oppo self-help assistant for its smartphone users.

The digital service is designed by the company to help users resolve smartphone issues without needing to visit a service center.

This new initiative in India includes all OPPO handsets from the A, F, K, Reno, and Find Series launched in the past five years.

The program is in line with the Government of India’s “Right to Repair” framework and aims to offer customers comprehensive support and guidance.

How to access the Self-Help Assistant

OPPO users in India can access the Self-Help Assistant by visiting the OPPO website or using the MyOPPO app. In the app, they can find it under the Support Tab.

Users can select their device from the interface and then choose between the Simulations and Troubleshooting options displayed on the left side.

They can also view the complete Specifications of their device by clicking on a button at the top right.

In the Simulations section, users can explore over 400 settings and functions such as Camera, Memory, Recording, Backup, Wi-Fi & Hotspot.

They can do this by typing queries in the search box or selecting options from the menu.

This section is designed to assist users in understanding and exploring their phone’s features through digital step-by-step guides.

With Troubleshooting, users can address software issues related to Data, Network, and Device Support by answering a few questions.

They can then provide feedback using thumbs up or thumbs down icons based on whether their issue was resolved or not.

If the problem persists, users can input their contact information for follow-up by an OPPO India Customer Support representative.
