OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G Receives Major Software Update

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G is one of the best smartphones you can get for under ₹20,000 in India.

Recently, it got a new update that makes it work like a new phone. But, there have been some problems with the software in the past few months.

Last month, OnePlus fixed a problem where the screen would go black. They also fixed a bug that stopped people from recording time-lapse videos.

Now, they’ve released another update called OxygenOS 14.0.0.302. This update fixes nine bugs in the phone, some of which are new,

and some were supposed to be fixed in the last update but weren’t. They’ve also added the latest Android security patch from March 2024.

This new update also solves a problem where the screen would go black when you took a scrolling screenshot of a page with a video.

It also fixes a black screen issue when unlocking your phone with your fingerprint. Plus, tapping notifications on the lock screen won’t make the screen go black anymore.

The update makes the phone more stable and improves gaming. It also makes Wi-Fi connections more stable and prevents the phone from freezing during incoming calls.

Another fix in the update is for a problem where you couldn’t record time-lapse videos with watermarks turned on.

OnePlus is rolling out this update gradually and wants feedback from users. If you’re in India, you can give feedback or report bugs by dialing “*#800#” in the Google Dialer.
