Now Tata Motors Plans Price Hike for its Cars and Electric Vehicles

Tata Motors is thinking about making their cars and electric vehicles more expensive starting in January next year.

They haven’t said how much more expensive yet. Other companies like Maruti Suzuki and Audi are also planning to raise their prices from January 1, 2024.

A spokesperson from Tata Motors said on Monday, “We are thinking about making our cars and electric vehicles more expensive from January next year. We will tell you how much more expensive in the next few weeks.”

Tata Motors’ cars include the Tiago hatchback to the Safari SUV, with prices ranging from Rs 5.6 lakh to Rs 25.94 lakh.

Maruti Suzuki is also going to raise their prices. They announced this on the Bombay Stock Exchange, saying that their cars will cost more from January next year. But they haven’t said how much more.

Companies are saying that they have to raise prices because of inflation and the cost of materials going up.

They are trying to reduce costs, but because of inflation, they have to make their cars more expensive.

Audi has also decided to make their cars more expensive from January 1, 2024. They say that all Audi cars will cost 2 percent more from the new year.

This change will happen from January 2, 2024. Audi says they are raising prices because the cost of materials and operating expenses are going up.
