Launched in April 2023, the Maruti Suzuki Fronx has become one of the most popular models for the company in the country.
Recently, this small SUV reached the achievement of selling 100,000 units, making it the quickest car to reach this milestone.
Maruti Suzuki mentioned that the Fronx has greatly increased the company’s presence in the SUV market, growing from 10.4 percent in 2022 to 19.7 percent in 2023.
To boost its sales even more, the company has introduced a special version of this small SUV called Maruti Fronx Turbo Velocity. It has several changes in appearance compared to the regular model.
Maruti Fronx Turbo Velocity Edition
The special Maruti Fronx Turbo Velocity Edition is offered as an additional package only with the Delta+, Zeta, and Alpha versions.
This package comes with 16 accessories valued at Rs 43,000. It includes a gray and black styling kit, front grille garnish, headlamp garnish, ORVM cover, door visor, illuminated door sill guards, body side molding, wheel arch garnish, and spoiler extender for the outside.
Inside, there’s an interior styling kit with a red dash design mat, Nexcross Bordeaux finish sleeve seat cover, 3D boot mat, and carbon finish.
Powertrain
The new Maruti Suzuki Swift Turbo Velocity Edition comes with a 1.0L K-series petrol engine.
You can choose either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox. The Boosterjet turbo petrol engine produces a maximum power of 100.06PS and torque of 147.6Nm.
Additionally, this small SUV is also available with a 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine and CNG options.
The regular petrol engine generates 89.73PS of power and torque of 113Nm.
If you choose the CNG option, the same engine produces 77.5PS of power and 98.5Nm of torque.
Getting Discount
Right now, you can get a discount of Rs 30,000 in cash and an extra Rs 10,000 if you exchange your old car for the Maruti Suzuki Turbo model.
For the 1.2L petrol model, you get a cash discount of Rs 10,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000.
But remember, these offers are only for the cars from the year 2023. If you have the Front 2024 model, you can still get an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000.
