Maruti Suzuki updated safety features and added new colors to Ciaz in February. It comes in both manual and automatic versions.
The starting price is Rs 11.14 lakh, going up to Rs 12.34 lakh for the top variant.
Engine
The new Ciaz variant has the same 1.5-liter petrol engine, producing 103bhp power and 138Nm torque.
It has a 5-speed manual transmission and a 4-speed automatic gearbox. The manual version gives a mileage of up to 20.65km/l, while the automatic gives up to 20.04 km/l.
Safety Features
Ciaz has over 20 safety features, including Hill-hold assist and Electronic Stability Program (ESP) as standard.
It also has dual airbags, rear parking sensors, ISOFIX child seat anchors,
and anti-lock braking system (ABS) with electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD). Maruti claims it’s safer than before.
