Maruti Increases of up to Rs 5,000 on Select Swift Variants

Maruti Suzuki has raised the prices of all its cars, including the popular Swift, starting from January 16, 2024.

The Swift’s prices have gone up by up to Rs 5,000 on specific models, but the starting price is still Rs 5.99 lakh. The Swift comes in petrol and CNG options.

Which variant has the price increase?

The Maruti Suzuki Swift comes in four versions: LXi, VXi, ZXi, and ZXi Plus, available in petrol and CNG.

The VXi, ZXi, VXi CNG, ZXi Plus, ZXi Plus Dual-Tone, and ZXi CNG models have seen a Rs 5,000 price hike, while the prices for other versions remain unchanged.

Swift’s Engine Powertrain

The Swift is powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine, producing 89bhp power and 113Nm torque. In CNG mode, the engine generates 76bhp power and 98Nm torque.

It offers a 5-speed manual and an AMT unit for transmission options.
