Maruti Ignis Unveils Stylish Black Edition: The Maruti Ignis, a compact SUV known for its impressive mileage of 40KMPL, has taken the Hyundai Creta by storm.

Now, it has become even more sophisticated with the introduction of the sleek black edition.

As part of Maruti Suzuki’s 40th-anniversary celebration, the country’s largest carmaker has launched black editions of its vehicles, featuring a new Pearl Midnight Black body paint option.

The latest Ignis models have started arriving at authorized showrooms nationwide, including Nexa and Arena.

Notably, the Ignis Black Edition is now available at Nexa showrooms.

While Maruti Suzuki sells its premium cars through the Nexa dealership network, its other vehicles are sold through Arena showrooms.

Introducing the Maruti Ignis Black Edition

The Ignis Black Edition boasts a stunning Pearl Midnight Black body paint.

The latest edition features elegant piano black alloy wheels and chrome garnish that enhances the vehicle’s grille and headlamp.

Customers can choose between two variants: Zeta and the top-tier Alpha.

Powerful Engine and Impressive Mileage for the Maruti Ignis

Under the hood, the Maruti Suzuki Ignis houses a robust 1.2-liter, 4-cylinder petrol engine.

The latest black edition is compliant with BS6 Phase 2 emission standards.

The engine generates 82bhp power and 113Nm torque, and it can be paired with either a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox.

The Ignis offers a powerful 1197 cc engine with a maximum power output of 81.8 Bhp.

It is available in both manual and automatic transmission options.

The car delivers an impressive mileage of 20.89 kmpl and is equipped with two airbags for safety.

Competitive Pricing of the Maruti Ignis

The Maruti Suzuki Ignis is competitively priced in the market, with prices ranging from 5.84 Lakh to 8.16 Lakh ex-showroom.

It is available in seven different variants: Sigma, Delta, Zeta, and Alpha, each offering a range of monotone and dual-tone color options.

The updated Ignis was launched with a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 5.82 lakh and comes standard with Electronic Stability Program (ESP) and hill hold assist features across all variants.
