Lenovo launches 2-in-1 Laptop with Android and Windows Compatibility

Lenovo introduced a special laptop ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid. This laptop can use both Android and Windows.

When you use it like a laptop, it works on Windows 11. But if you use it as a tablet, it runs on Android 13.

How does it do that?

Well, the screen can detach, so you can separate it from the rest of the laptop. When you take off the screen, it becomes a tablet, and when you put it back, it’s a laptop again.

In laptop mode, it has a powerful Intel Core 7 Ultra processor, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, and a 75 WHr battery.

In tablet mode, it switches to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, and a 38 WHr battery.

It has a nice 14-inch 2.8K OLED screen.

How much does it cost?

Lenovo mentioned that the ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid will be available in the US from the second quarter of 2024,

and it will cost $1,999, which is around Rs 1,66,009. We don’t know yet if it will come to India.

Also, at the same event, Kohler launched a smart toilet. You can control everything with Alexa, and it even comes with a remote.

The remote lets you adjust the seat for two users, change the seat temperature, jet pressure, and mode.”
