Kia India to Raise Car Prices Starting April 1, 2024

Kia India, a car company from South Korea, has surprised its customers by announcing higher prices for all its cars.

This means that soon, buying a Kia India car will cost more for regular people.

The price increase will start next month, making Kia India cars more expensive for buyers. The company decided to raise prices because of various reasons.

Starting from April 1, 2024, Kia India will raise the prices of its vehicles by up to three percent.

They made this announcement recently, stating that it’s because the cost of materials and the expenses related to the supply chain have gone up.

This will affect the prices of popular models like Kia Seltos, Kia Sonet, and Kia Carens, which are part of the company’s lineup.

It’s the first time this year that Kia India is raising its vehicle prices.

Hardeep Singh Brar, who leads Sales and Marketing for Kia India, explained that the company aims to offer top-notch and technologically advanced products to customers.

However, due to increasing costs of materials, unfavorable exchange rates, and higher production expenses, they have to raise prices partially.

Kia India has already sold 11.6 lakh vehicles in both India and overseas markets.
