Intel has released a new computer chip called the 14th generation Core desktop processor, and they call it Raptor Lake-S Refresh.
It comes with 6 different types of chips, one of which is called the Intel Core i9-14900K. This is to make computers work better for people.
All of these computer chips have 24 parts that work together and can do 32 things at once. They also go as fast as 6GHz.
In this group, four of them are better than the Intel Core i7-14700K because they have more parts that work well.
You will get special AI features
1. This computer chip comes with a new feature called AI Assist in Intel’s Extreme Tuning Utility (XTU).
2. It can automatically make your computer work faster with just one click. But remember, this feature is only available for certain Intel Core 14th Gen desktop processors that can be unlocked.
3. These new computer chips will be in stores and in computers made by Intel’s partners starting from October 17, 2023, which is today.
Intel’s 14th Generation Desktop Processors
1. The best one in this group is called Core i9-14900K. It’s better because it has 25 percent more parts than Core i7-14700K.
2. You can use it with old 600 or 700-series motherboards. Intel made this for people who really like playing games and want their computer to work very fast.
3. It has 36MB of extra memory and can go as fast as 5.6GHz for one part and 4.4GHz for another part. It also has Intel UHD Graphics 770 inside.
4. There’s another one called Core i9-14900KF, which is almost the same but doesn’t have the extra graphics inside.
Intel Core i7 Models
- There are two types of Intel Core i7 models: the i7-14700K and the i7-14700KF.
2. Both of these models have 20 computer parts, 33MB of extra memory, and they can go as fast as the Core i9 models.
3. What’s different is that the Core i7 starts at 3.4GHz and can go as slow as 2.5GHz, which is a bit faster than the i9 model.
Core i5 Model
1. In addition to that, the company made two Core i5 models, known as Core i5-14600K and Core i5-14600KF.
2. These two computer chips have 14 parts and 24MB of extra memory. But they don’t have some special things like Tail Thermal Velocity Boost Frequency or Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0.
3. The new family of Intel’s computer processors can connect to Wi-Fi 6/6E and use Bluetooth 5.3.
