ICICI Bank has introduced a new feature for its customers. Now, customers of this private bank can use their RuPay credit card to make UPI payments.
The bank has connected RuPay Credit Card with UPI payment for this facility.

ICICI Bank mentioned that their customers can now use their RuPay credit card for various purposes like shopping, paying bills, or making payments through a POS machine using UPI.
This feature is specifically for making payments from a person to a merchant. Additionally, users will also receive reward points as a benefit.

ICICI Bank and the National Payment Corporation of India have worked together to let customers use UPI for transactions on their RuPay credit card.
ICICI Bank is giving different RuPay Credit Cards to customers, like Coral, HPCL Super Saver, and Rubix. ICICI Bank customers can connect these credit cards with UPI.
UPI payment will have to be done like this
ICICI Bank customers can pay using UPI by scanning the merchant’s QR code with their iMobile Pay app.
Besides iMobile Pay, customers can use their RuPay credit card to make payments on any other UPI payment app. To do this, they first need to connect their credit cards with UPI.
Here are the steps to link your ICICI Bank RuPay Credit Card with UPI:
1. Open the iMobile app and go to the UPI Payments option.
2. Navigate to the Manage section and open My Profile.
3. Choose the option to Create a New UPI ID.
4. Pick Rupay Credit Card as your payment mode.
5. Select the UPI ID you want to link.
6. Click on Proceed and review the transaction details.
7. Your card will be linked once you confirm the transaction.
