Hyundai India has raised the prices of some of its cars starting now. This means they’ve made their cars more expensive.
They’ve joined other companies like Honda, Kia, Toyota, and MG, who also increased their car prices this month.
How much did the prices go up?
For example, the price of some versions of the Venue, a small SUV made by Hyundai, has gone up by Rs 35,000.
But the prices of other Venue models stay the same, between Rs 7.94 lakh to Rs 10.71 lakh.
What are the features of the Hyundai Venue?
The Hyundai Venue has cool features like an 8-inch touchscreen, a semi-digital display for the driver, and technology that connects to Alexa and Google voice assistants.
It also has a cooled glovebox, push-button start/stop, air purifier, automatic AC, and more.
For safety, it has 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and other features.
The top model even has things like Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) and Lane Keep Assist.
Prices of other cars went up too
The price of Hyundai Creta, a mid-size SUV, also went up this month, by up to Rs 10,800. They’ve also changed the prices of the i20 lineup.
