The country’s best-selling scooter Honda Activa will now be even more affordable. Honda is now going to enter the hybrid scooter segment through this scooter.
The company has also released a teaser, but there is no information that the model will be Activa Hybrid,
but sources are also claiming that the new model will be a hybrid scooter.
According to media reports, Honda is all set to launch the hybrid model of the Activa scooter.
According to the teaser, Honda will introduce a new technology on January 23, 2023, called Honda Eco Technology.
Along with this, a new name H-Smart is also coming out.
Will get more range
According to the source, the upcoming Honda Activa hybrid scooter may be built on high-voltage hybrid solid architecture, capable of traveling for a long time.
It will house a 0.5 kWh battery and a starter motor/generator.
The Activa Hybrid with this powertrain will offer an electric range of around 10 to 15 kms at speeds of around 40kmph.
The hybrid scooter will give more mileage than the existing petrol scooter.
New scooters may come
According to reports, Honda may soon bring two new scooters to India. According to reports, these are the NS125LA and the Wiener X models.
Patents have been registered for both of these models in India.
