Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, recently introduced six exciting models at the EICMA 2023 show in Milan, Italy.
These models span across various segments and include scooters and innovative concepts. Here’s a brief look at what they unveiled:
Hero Vida V1 Coupe
The Hero Vida V1 Coupe, an electric scooter based on the Vida V1 Pro, offers improved comfort and performance.
Notable features include a 7-inch TFT display, cruise control, four ride modes, and keyless ignition.
Hero Zoom 125R
The Zoom 125R, built on the same platform as the Xoom 110, boasts a sportier appearance with muscular body panels.
It features all-LED lighting, sequential turn signals, Bluetooth connectivity, a digital cluster with navigation,
and 14-inch alloy wheels. It will compete with the Suzuki Avenis 125 and TVS Ntorq 125.
Hero Zoom 160
The Hero Zoom 160 is a maxi scooter designed for adventure. Expected to hit the Indian market next year, it is equipped with a new 156cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine to take on rivals like the Yamaha Aerox 155 and Aprilia SXR 160.
The scooter comes with dual LED headlamps, a tall windscreen, a digital cluster, 14-inch alloy wheels, and telescopic front forks.
Hero 2.5R Xtunt Concept
This street/stunt bike concept appears to share its platform with the recently launched Karizma XMR.
Powered by a 210cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine delivering around 25bhp, it may be launched next year as a naked streetfighter, challenging competitors like the Bajaj Pulsar NS200, Suzuki Gixxer 250, and KTM 250 Duke.
Hero Lynx Dirt e-Bike
The Hero Lynx electric dirt bike concept takes inspiration from the Lynx Cat. It features a 15 kW electric motor and a 3 kW battery pack, offering approximately 60 minutes of riding time. The bike’s weight is 82 kg.
Concept Acro
The Concept Acro is an electric bike designed for children aged 3 to 9 years. Currently a concept, it aims to provide young riders with a fun and eco-friendly option for their two-wheeled adventures.
