He posted a tweet from Foad Dabiri who claimed that the app was accessing his microphone while he was asleep, prompting concerns over privacy and security.
In a tweet, Foad Dabiri revealed that WhatsApp had been utilizing his device’s microphone in the background while he was asleep, and even after he had woken up.
Along with the tweet, he shared a screenshot of the app’s microphone usage timeline which highlighted the specific periods when the microphone was being accessed.
In response to the user, Musk stated, “WhatsApp cannot be trusted.”

WhatsApp Internation Call Scam
Numerous Indian users have reported receiving unsolicited phone calls from unknown international numbers, with scammers attempting to defraud them.
According to sources, these calls, including both audio and video, are originating from countries such as Malaysia, Kenya, Vietnam, Ethiopia, and other similar locations.
