If you’re on the hunt for a new home in Delhi this festive season, wait for this exciting opportunity.
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to launch its largest housing scheme ever.
While DDA flats may be a bit pricier than those in the NCR cities, owning a home in Delhi might be closer to reality.
The upcoming scheme will feature a total of 32,500 flats, including a range of categories like EWS, LIG, MIG, HIG, and Super HIG flats, as well as penthouses.
Anticipated for five long years, the scheme’s launch date could be just around the corner. The flats will be located in Narela, Dwarka, and Loknayak Puram. Here’s a quick look at the number of flats in each location:
1) Dwarka Sector 19B: EWS – 700+, MIG – 900+, Super HIG – 170+, Penthouse – 14
2) Narela: EWS – 5000+, MIG – 1900+, HIG – 1600+
3) Loknayak Puram: EWS – 200+, MIG – 600+
4) Dwarka Sector 14: EWS – 1000+, LIG – 300+, MIG – 300+
Pricing Details
EWS: Rs 11-14 lakh
LIG: Rs 14-30 lakh
MIG: Starting from Rs 1 crore
HIG: Starting from Rs 2.50 crore
Super HIG: Starting from Rs 3 crore
For more information about the scheme, you can contact the DDA call center at 1800-110-332.
This scheme operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and you can book flats on the official DDA website (https://dda.gov.in/).
However, it’s worth noting that DDA has experienced some challenges in the past, with many vacant flats despite previous schemes.
Over the last decade, they’ve launched 57,000 flats, but surprisingly, 15,500 of them remained unoccupied after purchase.
